The bell-type sintering furnace is a periodic operation high-temperature sintering furnace, and the setter platform is lifted by the shear-type hydraulic system or screw lifting system. This type of furnace can be used for the sintering of zirconia ceramic ferrules, ceramic filters, ceramic mobile phone cases and other products.
➢Characteristics:
◆Working temperature: 1350℃ and 1550℃.
◆The special riveting structure is selected for fixing the hearth, and the structure does not crack or collapse after being used for a long time.
◆Straight-line guide rail design, smooth motion without jitter, extreme convenience and safety in loading and unloading products.
◆The corundum mullite pre-embedded at the bottom of the setter plate reinforces the support, so as to prevent the setter plate from sinking.
◆multiple programmed temperature control, PID adjustment, meeting the sintering requirements for the storage of multiple multi-section process curves.
◆Over-temperature protective function, over-temperature automatic power-off.
