Description:
The FZQ high-temperature atmosphere box-type furnace adopts the inorganic polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber hearth. the multi-layer heat insulating material insulates the heat, the temperature rises quickly, the thermal impact resistance is strong, the surface temperature is extremely low, the MOSI2 heating element has long service life, the professional fixture is used for fixing the heating element, and the removal is convenient. The hearth is fully sealed and is of the cold zone circulating water structure, and the sealing effect is good.
➢Characteristics:
◆Working temperature: 1000℃～1600℃; the maximum service temperature differs in different atmosphere environments.
◆Intelligent preprogrammed temperature controller: Can edit, save and transfer multiple programs.
◆Over-temperature protective function: The power is off automatically when the temperature exceeds the permissible set values.
◆Safety protection: The power is off automatically when the furnace body leaks current.
◆The hearth is externally sealed fully, the furnace mouth is sealed with silica gel, so as to ensure the temperature of the atmosphere environment.
◆The gas enters the hearth; control of the floater flowmeter; waste gas exhaust vent on the top.
